About the Event

De-Stress and Un-Overwhelm Your Tishrei

A free four-day challenge for busy Jewish mothers who want to enter Tishrei feeling calmer, more confident, and more present.

Tishrei is beautiful.

...It can also be a LOT.

The meals. The guests. The shopping. The children. The schedules. The ruchnius expectations. The pressure to create a meaningful Yom Tov for everyone around you while somehow remaining calm and present yourself.

Maybe you’re already thinking:

“Of course I’m stressed and overwhelmed. It’s Tishrei.”

Or:

“My life is just different. There’s too much going on for me not to feel this way.”

🤔 But what if stress and overwhelm don’t have to be the price you pay for a meaningful Tishrei?

What if you could handle everything on your plate without snapping at your children, feeling constantly irritable, or white-knuckling your way through the month?

What if you could enter Tishrei feeling calmer, clearer, and much more in control of your life?

You don’t need a completely different life to feel differently in the life you already have.

❌ Your house doesn’t need to be bigger.

❌ Your children don’t need to be older.

❌ Your schedule doesn’t need to be empty.

❌ You don’t need to finish every task before you are allowed to feel calm.

Even if you have outrageous circumstances, there is always something you can do to mitigate the stress and overwhelm in your life.

None of your circumstances needs to change before you can begin accessing more calm.

That is exactly what I’m going to help you do inside the free:

De-Stress and Un-Overwhelm Your Tishrei Challenge

Over four short, practical Zoom sessions, you will learn how to:

📍 Identify what is truly creating your stress and overwhelm.

🙅‍♀️ Stop believing that your life is simply “different” and that calm isn’t possible for you.

☀️ Create calm even when your life is still noisy, demanding, and very full.

💪 Make your Tishrei responsibilities more manageable.

🧱 Build Tishrei around who Hashem created you to be not around an imaginary perfect woman.

🧭 Clear the cognitive load of indecision.

🦸‍♀️ Make powerful decisions that will help you de-stress and un-overwhelm your Tishrei and learn how to have your own back on it.

This is not magic fairy dust.

Four days will not remove every responsibility from your life.

But four days is enough to find out what is truly stressing and overwhelming you, begin believing it is possible not to live like that, understand what it takes to create a calmer life, and put things in place that will help you access calm and confidence.

And to make a real decision about how you want to experience Tishrei this year.

Imagine experiencing Tishrei with significantly less stress and overwhelm.

You may find yourself:

👉 With your feet up on the couch midday (imagine that?)

👉 Laughing with your kids instead of snapping

👉 Going on date nights with your husband despite the hecticness of the month

Taking care of your state of mind is not selfish.

When you are calm, confident, and not constantly overwhelmed, you are doing one of the best things you can do for yourself and for your family.

💙 Your state of mind matters.

💙 You matter.

💙 Your family is lucky that you are taking care of yourself right now.

Here’s What We’ll Cover:

1️⃣ Day One: Calm Is Possible for You

The first step in de-stressing and un-overwhelming your life is believing that it is possible for you and believing that your state of mind matters enough to work on.

We’ll identify what is specifically creating your stress and overwhelm, what it is costing you, and the beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.

You’ll begin letting go of the story:

“My circumstances are different. This won’t work for me.”

And replacing it with:

“My state of mind matters. I matter. Calm is possible for me.”

2️⃣ Day Two: Calm Amidst the Tishrei Chaos

Peace does not mean being in a place with no noise, trouble, or hard work.

It means being in the midst of those things and still having calm in your heart.

We’ll look at the circumstances you believe must change before you can feel better and find what you can do right now to lessen your stress and overwhelm.

You’ll also learn how focusing on everything that is still left to do creates overwhelm and how noticing your gains can immediately change your experience.

3️⃣ Day Three: Build Tishrei Around Who Hashem Created You to Be

Your desires, your way, your strengths, your limitations, and what you enjoy matter.

You do not have to create Tishrei the way another woman creates it.

You don’t have to be amazing at everything.

We’ll look at everything you’re carrying and decide what to let go of, keep, delegate, simplify, make more manageable, or intentionally do at a “good enough” level.

You’ll choose one concrete way to honor who Hashem created you to be this Tishrei.

4️⃣ Day Four: Decide, Commit, and Have Your Own Back

Unmade decisions create cognitive load and drain your energy.

🤔 What should I cook?

🤔 Should I invite them?

🤔 Should we go or stay home?

🤔 Should I buy it?

🤔 Should I hire more help?

🤔 Should I do this program?

All those open thought loops add to your overwhelm.

You’ll learn a simple process for making productive decisions and recognizing the doubt, worry, and confusion that only pretend to be decision-making.

Then you’ll choose (at least!) one thing you are committing to doing, or stopping, to de-stress and un-overwhelm your Tishrei.

Because there often isn’t one perfect, “right” decision.

There is the decision you make …and then make right.

YES! I WANT A CALMER TISHREI

This Challenge Is for You If…

✅ You already feel stressed thinking about everything Tishrei requires.

✅ You feel like you’re carrying too much and don’t know what you can let go of.

✅ You want to be more present with your children instead of constantly rushing to the next task.

✅ You find yourself snapping, feeling irritable, or resenting everything you have to do.

✅ You struggle with indecision and have too many open thought loops taking up space in your brain.

✅ You compare yourself to other women and feel as though you aren’t doing enough.

✅ You tell yourself you’ll feel calm once the house, children, schedule, finances, or another circumstance changes.

✅ You want to experience the meaning and beauty of Tishrei, not merely survive it.

You Do Not Have to Figure All of This Out Alone.

I’m Adina Landa, a life coach for Chabad mothers and the founder of the Calm & Confident Chabad Mom Tribe.

I help mothers go from stressed and overwhelmed to calm, confident, and present.

I know that you have real responsibilities.

I know there may be a lot of people depending on you.

And I’m not going to tell you that the solution is to pretend none of it matters, escape your life, or simply take a bubble bath.

I’m going to help you look honestly at what is creating your stress and overwhelm, decide what you can change, and learn how to feel calmer even when some circumstances remain exactly as they are.

What Could Be Different This Tishrei?

💙 What if you didn’t spend the entire month telling yourself there was too much to do?

💙 What if you could prepare without constantly focusing on everything you hadn’t finished?

💙 What if you could make decisions without second-guessing yourself?

💙 What if you honored your own strengths instead of trying to be someone else?

💙 What if you could be surrounded by noise, children, meals, guests, responsibilities, and hard work and still access calm in your heart?

You don’t need to wait until after Tishrei to take care of yourself.

You don’t need to earn calm by finishing everything first.

And you don’t need completely different circumstances.

You can begin now.
