I’ve been tossing around this idea of living with integrity a lot lately, and I wanted to share some of my thoughts around it with you.
Living with integrity means acting on your values.
Living with integrity means personally doing what you ask of others to do.
Living with integrity means aligning your actions with your beliefs.
So this concept got me thinking about parenting and motherhood, and I’d love to hear your thoughts on this as well.
Does living with integrity as a mom mean giving ourselves a bedtime, the same way we give our kids one?
Does living with integrity as a mom mean making sure we eat healthy, the same way we expect our kids to?
Does living with integrity as a mom mean treating ourselves the way we want our kids to treat themselves? (I cringe when I hear my daughter put herself down … )
What do you think? How could you live with more integrity in your life? What do you ask of others, but don’t necessarily carry through with in your own? I invite you to dive in, and live with more integrity.
Hey! I'll give you an hour of my life to help you transform yours! Pretty cool, right? You can email me and we'll set something up.
