I made a promise to myself when I started posting my coaching content on social media. I'm not the type of person who likes to "put herself out there" (whatever that type of person is 🤔), do LIVE videos, put up pictures of myself … BUT the thought that keeps me motivated to do it is "What if this could help someone?" I know I needed to hear these things once upon a time. It's possible someone else does too.
SO, the promise I made to myself is: I will only post out of inspiration and desire.
Not out of "have to" or "should." I want to be excited and driven before I make a post.
And today I've been having overwhelming feelings of love and gratitude for my incredible clients—moms who are consciously working on themselves, creating the lives they want, showing up to the world as the person they want to be, taking control of their default thinking, and learning how to think and feel on purpose … I'm in awe of each and every one of them. And truly, I love each one deeply.
What would you do if you were excited? If you were driven? If you removed “have to” and “should” from your vocabulary?
